The rules on this page are really just guidelines. Honestly, I will only accept you if I actually like your site. I've accepted way too many sites I've hated in the past just because they fitted my rules and I couldn't therefore find an excuse to reject them. :L So be warned, I'm picky.

-I'm not that fussed about your hits, but it would be nice if you at least had a few visitors every day.-I prefer sites that aren't just neo-related. If you have some neo-related content, fine, as long as there's other stuff too.
-It's good if you've not stolen from other sites. Obviously. :)
-If accepted, you'll be deleted if you don't visit at least twice a week(unless you're on hiatus). Same goes for updating.
